Cezar, VE3LYC - [email protected]
A passionate DXer, Cezar is on the DXCC HR at 339 in CW & SSB, and 331 in DIGI, obtained the IOTA Trophy, 10BDXCC, 5BWAZ, and VUCC 950. He carried out team and solo operations from rare and new IOTA groups from the Arctic to sub-Antarctic regions. His voyages are detailed in Dream Big and Dare to Fail, a book he published in 2022 and acquired by hams from 54 DXCCs.
Cezar is deeply attracted by the adventure and challenges associated with amateur radio operations from isolated locations, difficult to reach. The projects he worked on are as much about the destination as they are about the journey. While conveying determination and resilience, they also underline the pursuit of working together to overcome difficulties.

Felipe, XQ7IR - [email protected]
An experienced DXer for almost three decades, Felipe is also an avid contester. He carried out several expeditions to CE0Z, CP, OA, and VP8, as is a member of the 3Y0K Bouvet 2026 team. Felipe is a skilled technician, experienced in building various types of antennas. He prefers operating in SSB and Digital modes. Felipe speaks several languages and is a member of EUDXF.
Felipe is a very enthusiastic and energetic individual, a go getter, with a genuine interest in organizing DXpeditions. Aware of associated challenges, he is keen to take them on. Being both analytical and methodical, he is a great asset to any team. His 11 years old daughter will soon have two brothers, as Felipe and his wife are expecting twins in late December.
Johan, PA3EXX - [email protected]
Johan is a top DXer, holding DXCC HR 339 (346) and IOTA 1080. He is also a very experienced activator, who put on the air many rare and new IOTA groups, including EU-038, 043, 062, NA-243, OC-172, 181, 185, 187, 198, 227, 255, 265, 267, SA-031, 092, 096, and 097. Johan is highly interested in both CW and SSB. He has been the IT Manager for the IOTA program since 2016.
While he carried out various solo DXpeditions, Johan also enjoyed being part of different teams. He is a thoughtful planner, skilled technician, and reliable operator and teammate. Through passion and dedication, Johan contributed to the development and implementation of the IOTA management software, for the benefit of the amateur radio community.
